Warning! The rolled product should not be stored for more than 6 months from the date of manufacture.

    Environmental protection:

    The consumer independently disposes of the product in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

• Remove the cover from the product if the design of the product provides that the cover is non-removable.
• Water or other liquids come into contact with the product (cover, filling and indoor unit), as this may adversely affect both the cover of the product and the filling and indoor unit.
• It is forbidden to intervene in the integrity of the product by persons not authorized by the manufacturer, as well as to perform actions that violate the integrity of the product.

 * Violation of the above prohibitions may cause premature wear of the product and exclude the possibility of applying for warranty service.

The manufacturer guarantees that the product meets the requirements of the State Standard GOST 19917:2016 “Furniture for sitting and lying. General specifications.

The warranty period is indicated on a sticker in the product passport and begins to operate from the date of sale to the consumer.

Warranty service of the product is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

1. Warranty service is carried out in case of providing:

- settlement document,

- passport of product.

 2. The product is accepted for warranty service only in clean condition.

 3. Location of warranty service.

Warranty service (repair) of the product is carried out at the location of the manufacturer.

4. The warranty does not cover:

4.1. natural wear and tear of the product due to its operation,

4.2. the natural smell of the materials from which the product is made,

4.3. permissible deviation of the dimensions of the length and width of the product ± 10 mm,,

4.4. permissible deviation of the height of the product ± 15 mm, in products with a high multi-layer filling of stitches ± 25 mm,

4.5. natural shrinkage of the soft layers of the product (less than 30 mm) in areas of maximum load,

4.6. inconsistency of the product with preferences for comfort and rigidity,

4.7. damage caused by force majeure circumstances (fire, natural disasters, etc.) or due to violation of the operating conditions of the product,

4.8. contamination of the product and mechanical damage not caused by the fault of the manufacturer,

4.9. deformations and defects resulting from the use of the product on an incorrectly selected base,

4.10. products that have signs of interference with its integrity by persons not authorized by the manufacturer.
